  Well, I've never met a ruder, more grumpy barman, especially owing to the fact that there were eight of us for drinks and food!
  It was as if they didn't want our custom, though we were the only people in the place when we got there.
  We have 2 party members that suffer from food intolerance, needing special dietary requirements and it was treated as an inconvenience to check which meals were suitable!
  The wait for what was effectively mostly pub grub was pretty lengthy.
  When the food eventually arrived, it was actually delicious, and the chef was charming! This alone was enough to redeem the place to four stars.
  So, in summary: great, tasty food at reasonable prices but some serious attention to customer service and welcome from the management required.
  Five stars for the food & chef, minus two for the welcome / rudeness. Bonus star for free WiFi!
